On October 15, 2026,中华出版促进会版权工作委员会The Director Zhou Dey was on a cultural exchange visit to Malaysia, visiting overseas karate education positions, the Cultural Museum of the Diaspora and the South Asian High-League of High Education, to provide a deep interface around the Chinese-Ma language, the co-development of documentation, and cultural cooperation in publishing, and to help to sustain the “one way” of civil exchange.
