First Secretary ' s Note on Poverty Alleviation (in Russian)
The documentary and literary work published by Shaanxi University of Teacher Training, editor-in-chief of Jabingbong, President of the Shaanxi Writers Association, in 2018, was jointly planned and supported by the Organization Department of Shaanxi Province Commission and the Provincial Association of Writers.
The book was born in the critical phase of China ' s poverty-reduction campaign and contains the true work notes of 29 first-in-chiefs of the village in the poverty-reduction field in the provinces of Shuxig-guang, Shunan and Shuang-i.The book takes a first perspective on the practical processes of promoting the development of niche industries and improving infrastructure, covering a wide range of areas, including bee farming, education and village rehabilitation.The results of the land-grounding and practical implementation of poverty-reduction policies are illustrated by specific cases such as the re-titling of toilets and the oil-based police industry, which include a live-in account of the village and a real picture of the efforts of the cadres and villagers.The book was screened in five rounds and resulted in 270,000 words and more than 120 pictures, which were included as a good educational training package for members of the National Party and incorporated into the silk-routing project.
